Eating “Beijing Duck” in Beijing is already a special experience. Especially when you’re invited by Chinese friends from Valencia. These friends have been living permanently in Valencia for years, but they asked a family member in Beijing to take us to one of the city’s best Peking Duck restaurants, “Dadong”.
Wow, it was so good! But the atmosphere and the preparation were phenomenal too. A big thank you to our Chinese friends Elisa and Victor, and to Li Hao from Beijing.
Because it was soooo delicious, we went to eat “Peking Duck” again, and once more, the presentation was a ceremony and the taste was pure enjoyment.
